Winner: Hijikata (11:54) following a Super Fisherman’s Buster.
~ Hijikata moves on to the semi-final match.


~ Hiroshi Yamato announced that he will be returning to competition on the March 14 show at Korakuen. Due to a neck injury he has not actively competed since August of 2016.


(6) Hana Kimura & Saori Anno vs. Natsumi Maki & Mika Iwata
Winner: Hana (10:09) following a Missile Kick on Maki.

(7) Shotaro Ashino & Seigo Tachibana vs. Manabu Soya & AKIRA
Winner: Soya (16:51) following the Wild Bomber on Tachibana.
~ AKIRA coming back to push Soya to improve appears to have been a success as he captured a much needed win. Soya then called out Ashino for a chance at the W-1 belt.
~ Ashino accepted the challenge as the match will take place on March 14 in the Korakuen Hall.

(8) WRESTLE-1 Result Championship Match: [4th Champion] Takanori Ito vs. [Challenger] Jiro “Ikemen” Kuroshio
Winner: Kuroshio (21:52) with a Moonsault Press.
~ Champion falls on his 4th title defense. Kuroshio becomes the 5th champion.
