NOAH NEWS

The event cards were announced following the outcome of the “GREAT VOYAGE in YOKOHAMA” on March 12.

NOAH will be hosting the “Spring Navigation 2017″ from March 16 through March 25. Eddie Edwards will be competing throughout the duration of the tour in connection to the NOAH and Impact Wrestling business agreement. The tour will lead into the final day of the tour on the 25th at Korakuen. The show will feature Masa Kitamiya taking on Kenoh in a special singles challenge match, this of course leading from Kenoh’s betrayal on him which forced him to give up his first ever reign as a champion. Then an 8-man junior tag match will be held pitting NOAH versus Harada’s Osaka group known as “RATEL’S”.

Then the “Countdown to GTL” will be held through April 11 and April 16. With the GHC Tag belts to be in defense on April 14 at the Korakuen Hall. The newly crowned champions in Takashi Sugiura and Kenoh will be taking on the team of Naomichi Marufuji and Maybach Taniguchi. Also announced for the tour will be the inclusion of Cody Hall, who is the son of Scott Hall and formerly competed in New Japan last year.

About BushidoRX

I have been following Japanese Pro Wrestling for well over 15 years and I have also been doing some form of covering it news/results wise for over 10 years now as well. I got my start in promotions like AJPW, NJPW, FMW and Michinoku. Throughout the years I have followed All Japan more closely than the others, but I do my best to keep people informed with what is happening all throughout sport in Japan. If it does not appear on the news feed I either do not follow it closely enough to relate the information or it just not my go to promotion in general. Follow Puroresu Spirit, which is my personal site, as I cover what I find newsworthy and as I do my best to keep you all informed with what is happening in the land of the rising sun.
